Quick and Easy Salt and Pepper Grilled Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1 pound Russet potatoes, washed and sliced thin (about 1/8”)
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- olive oil, in a non propellant sprayer
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare a baking sheet with 2 layers of paper towels. Lay potatoes out in a single layer to absorb the liquid.
- Lightly spray potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove paper towels and flip potatoes over and repeat.
- In a single layer, place potato slices on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until you see golden brown grill marks. Flip and cook the other side.
- Enjoy! Serve with your favorite fry dipping sauce.

So interesting! I bet they are tasty – and again with the dipping sauces – I would eat both of them on everything! Beautiful chips!
I can't believe we still haven't barbecued together this year with all the grilling you have going on right now! Feel free to invite us over and serve me a huge plate of these. I'll volunteer to happily consume all of the mayo/sour cream based dips that the Chad isn't interested in. Heck, on top of that, I'll even promise to leave his popsicles alone! Have a FABULOUS day, my friends!
These look awesome! I this I might try these next time we grill burgers. I love burgers and chips!
Okay now I think I need to make some of these chips today!!
Sounds amazing. I'm gonna give these a try. Thanks for sharing.
How were you able to get the potatoes crisp without overcooking them?
This looks so tempting. Will save this blog and show to my friends=D
These are so good!
