I used to be a chocolate fan. Once upon a time your could offer me chocolate or vanilla and I would say chocolate before you finished asking! Then I found an appreciation for the delicate flavor of vanilla. I amped up all of my recipes and started adding a tablespoon of vanilla extract where the recipe is for 1 teaspoon. I can’t get enough of it!
