Desserts and treats are loaded with good nutrition more often than not.
We have partnered with the Arizona Dairy Council to celebrate June Dairy Month. We selected 10 of our favorite Calci-YUM Rich Summer Treats and we love them all. Smoothie shakes, ice pops and frozen yogurt are some of our favorite treats and we make them in every flavor imaginable.
What is your favorite calcium-rich treat? Ice pops and frozen yogurt pops are my favorite. I make them on the weekend and freeze them in resealable snack size bags and hand them out anytime a snack or treat is asked for.
