St. Patrick’s Day Cocktail

I can’t believe tomorrow is St Patrick’s Day already.  Only a few days until spring.  We have put together a little drink round up for you.  I am sure you are all looking for inspiration for your St. Patty’s Day celebration.  Irish or not, most of us tend to either make or bake an Irish dish.  Drink like an Irishman, or wear something green…  It is a celebration most everyone gets in on, just a little.

We hope you enjoy these, we certainly have!!!  3 adult drinks and even one for the kiddies!

The Shamrock Shake Cocktail is an adult version of McDonald’s Shamrock Shake.  With Absolut, Creme de Menthe and ice cream this is a sure crowd pleaser!

The Mint Chocolate Shamrocktini that Chad created just for me (I love bubbles), has an incredibly vibrant presentation.  This fantastic green cocktail is sure to bring you the luck of the Irish.

Leprechaun’s Lunch is such a fun name for this drink.  Drinking it is even more fun.  It is my favorite of our Saint Patricks Day cocktails.  It is smooth and delicious, almost like drinking mint chocolate milk for adults.

Our final drink is one you can share with the kiddies, this homemade Shamrock Milkshake beats the pants off anything you could buy at a drive thru!!!  Made with good vanilla bean ice cream and whole milk is has an incredibly creamy consistency with that famous minty green flavor and color!  You are sure to enjoy this.  For fun serve it in plastic shot glasses with short straws for the kids!
