Sirloin Steak | Broccoli | Honey Cornstarch | Soy Sauce | Sriracha Vegetable Oil | Garlic Paste Beef Broth | Lime Juice | Salt Pepper | Cooked White Rice Green Onions | Sesame Seeds
Whisk soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and cornstarch. Then trim excess fat off the sirloin, cut into strips, and toss in the marinade to coat. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil and cook the steak until browned. Then set aside and cook garlic for 30 seconds. Next, whisk cornstarch into the beef broth and stir into the pan.
Whisk in the remaining soy sauce, honey and sriracha. Add the broccoli and cook until bright green and slightly tender, then add the steak back into the pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over rice, garnished with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning or sesame seeds and green onions.
