Is cheese its own food group yet? I think it could be. I would be totally and completely happy to live on cheese.
Provolone is one of my favorite mild cheeses. I could eat a pound of smoked provolone on its own. It is one of my favorite cheese for sandwiches, especially the Philly cheese steak. This Smoked Provolone Cheese Sauce is fabulously creamy and delicious.
Check back Monday for the perfect burger recipe to accompany this delightful cheese sauce.

This looks sooooo good. I would have never thought about provolone for a cheese sauce! I seriously love cheese and will definitely have to whip a steak sandwich just so I can make this sauce.
