Butter | Sugar | Eggs Vanilla Extract | Almond Extract Flour | Salt | Homemade Icing Pearl Sugar Balls

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the eggs, vanilla, and almond. Beat until combined. Add salt and flour and beat into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough in half and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about one hour. Take out half of the chilled dough and, on a lightly floured surface, roll out and cut desired shapes.

Refrigerate cookies for 15 minutes, then bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack. Decorate the cookies with icing if desired.
