Italian Easter Cookies are perfectly tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! This is one of my family’s favorite Italian Easter desserts, and I think it will be one of your favorites, too!

Butter | Sugar | Eggs Vanilla | Almond Extract Whole Milk | Baking Powder Salt | Powdered Sugar Corn Syrup | Food Coloring Rainbow Sprinkles

KEY INGREDIENTS

Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then add them together in increments with the milk.

Place a scoop of dough on a floured surface and roll into a log. Twist the log into a knot for half of the cookies. For the other half, form donut shapes.

Bake for about 9 minutes in a preheated oven. Whisk icing ingredients together, separate into 4 bowls, add a tiny drop of gel food coloring to each bowl.
