This copycat Olive Garden Chicken Scampi is even better than the original! Bright and creamy white wine sauce coats every piece of pasta and veggies, making the perfect base for juicy, seared chicken.

Flour | Salt | Pepper | Milk | Olive Oil Chicken Tenderloins | White Wine Bell Peppers | Red Onion | Garlic Italian Seasoning | Heavy Cream Angel Hair Pasta

KEY INGREDIENTS

Combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Pour milk into another bowl. Dredge each tenderloin into the flour, then into the milk, then dredge back into the flour mixture.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook 5-6 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

 In the same skillet, add white wine and more olive oil. Then stir in bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic. Sauté 5 minutes then remove from the pan.

Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and add in the veggies and cooked pasta. Simmer and reduce slightly.
