Chicken Breasts | Egg Whole Milk | Parmesan Cheese Marinara Sauce | Mozzarella Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs Italian Parsley | Salt | Pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dip into an egg mixture and coat with a bread crumb and parmesan mixture.
Spread marinara sauce in the slow cooker, then add the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with the remaining sauce.
Cook on LOW for 5 hours, then sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and continue cooking until the cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and basil and enjoy!
