Stuffed Ziti Fritta is jam packed with all of our favorite melty, tangy cheeses and fried for a magnificent, mouthwatering crunch. They’re like little pasta mozzarella sticks!

Rigatoni | Ricotta | Cream Cheese Shredded Mozzarella | Eggs Shredded Parmesan | Flour | Salt Seasoned Bread Crumbs | Pepper Granulated Garlic | Canola Oil

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cook the rigatoni al dente and set aside. Mix all cheeses until well combined. Transfer to a piping bag and fill each rigatoni with the mixture.

In a shallow dish, whisk eggs and water. Add flour to another dish. In a third shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs with the seasonings.

Dredge the rigatoni in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, making sure each piece is fully coated.

Heat canola oil over medium high heat. Place the breaded rigatoni into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
