Original Brats | Beer | Onion Garlic | Unsalted Butter Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Kosher Salt | Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 2 hours on high heat.
Reduce heat, remove the brats and grill them until you have sear marks. Then place them back in the slow cooker.
Serve on a bun of your choice, topped with the crockpot beer onions and your favorite toppings.
