Roadhouse Rolls

Texas Roadhouse Rolls are easily the highlight of the meal. The bread is soft and moist and the texture goes beyond fluffy. In less than two hours, this recipe makes four dozen rolls to pass around!

Active Dry Yeast Warm Milk | Honey | Butter Eggs | Kosher Salt All-Purpose Flour

KEY INGREDIENTS

In a stand mixer, add yeast, milk and honey. Swirl to dissolve the yeast. Then allow the yeast to bloom, it will bubble and become aromatic.

Add butter, eggs, salt and flour, and mix until smooth. Knead a few turns. Place in a bowl with butter, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Punch dough and turn out onto a floured board. Roll into a rectangle and cut into 48 pieces. Place rolls on two prepared cookie sheets. Cover and let rise until doubled.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake both pans together for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with remaining melted butter. Serve and enjoy.
